Day 01 / April 30: Departure Manila

Departure at NAIA Terminal 1, enjoy your onboard flight.

 

Day 02 / May 01: Rome Arrival (D)

Arrival Fiumicino Airport (Rome), after the immigration and customs formalities, transfers to hotel for overnight.

 

Day 03 / May 02: Rome (BD)

After breakfast, we will have a Papal audience in the morning. Then have a half day guided tour to see the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. Visit also the St. Peter Square, destination of all Catholics coming from all over the world. Dinner and overnight

 

Day 04 / May 03: Rome (BD)

After breakfast, will have a full day guided tour to visit the Basilica San Paul Outside the Walls, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, and The Holy Steps. In the afternoon, visit The Classical Rome: Venezia, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Return to hotel for overnight.

 

Day 05 / May 04: Rome – Cascia – Assisi (BD)

Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Then have a long distance transfer to Assisi. Pass by Cascia, a town and commune of the Italian province of Perugia in a rather remote area of the mountainous south-eastern corner of Umbria. Visit Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, built into the side of a hill and comprises two churches known as the Upper Church and the Lower Church, and a crypt where the remains of the saint are interred. Then visit to Basilica di Santa Chiara (Basilica of St. Clare) in Assisi, a 13th- century church that houses the relics of St. Clare, friend and protege of St. Francis of Assisi, as well as the miraculous crucifix that spoke to Francis. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 06 / May 05: Assisi – Genoa – Nice (BD)

Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Have a long distance transfer to Nice, a city in southern France on the Mediterranean coast through Genoa. Check in, dinner and overnight.

 

Day 07 / May 06: Nice – Montpellier – Barcelona (BD)

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Montpellier – a city in southern France. It is the capital of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, as well as the Hérault department. Then arrive in Barcelona, the proud capital of Catalonia. Have dinner and overnight at your hotel.

 

Day 08 / May 07: Barcelona – Montserrat – Barcelona (BD)

Today’s highlight is a visit to the monastery of Montserrat, perched high on an awesome mountain range rising from the Catalonian plain. Visit the Royal Basilica and pray to the venerated Black Madonna which according to tradition, was carved by St. Luke. Listen to the singing of the celebrated “Escalonia” by the children’s choir, considered be the oldest in Europe. Back to Barcelona to visit Sagrada Familia, the large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. Visit also Parc Guell, a garden complex with architectural elements situated on the hill of el Carmel. Dinner and overnight

 

Day 09 / May 08: Barcelona – Zaragoza – Madrid (BD)

After breakfast, we will move on to Zaragoza and Visit the huge  Basilica of the miraculous Nuestra Senora del Pilar. Then arrive

in Madrid, dinner and overnight

 

Day 10 / May 09: Madrid – Avila – Fatima (BD)

Breakfast at the hotel prior check-out. Then we will have a long distance transfer to Fatima via Avila. Proceed to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

 

Day 11 / May 10: Fatima (BD)

Breakfast and check out at the hotel. Then have a long distance transfer to Fatima. Have a half day guided tour to Our Lady of Fatima Basilica, to visit the tombs of Francisco and Jacinta. and rest of the day will be free for your own private devotion. Tonight you can participate in the inspirational Candle Light Procession. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 12 / May 11: Fatima – Salamnca – Burgos (BD)

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we drive up to picturesque hills of Spain via Salamanca and arrive at BURGOS, the home of “EL CID” and capital of Old Castille in the middle Ages. It was once a seat of the government of the Dictator Franco. Dinner and overnight

 

Day 13 / May 12: Burgos – Loyola – Lourdes (BD)

Depart for Loyola. Pray at the Basilica. The museum will impress you. It was in Loyola that Our Lady appeared to St. Ignatius with the Christ Child. Then profound conversion began. Later in life, St. Ignatius renounced his portion of the family’s wealth, wrote the famous book of Spiritual Exercises and became the founder of the Jesuit Order. Celebrate Mass here. Transfer to Lourdes for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 14 / May 13: Lourdes (BD)

Breakfast at the hotel, and then continue for a Eucharistic Celebration. You may wish to bathe in the miraculous water. You’ll be immensely inspired by the humble life of Saint Bernadette. Perhaps watch a movie or visit a museum on her life. Pray collectively the life-size Stations of the Cross in its most magnificent setting. Now meditate at the Grotto for a close communication with God. GAIN PLENARY INDULGES!

 

Day 15 / May 14: Lourdes / Paris (BD)

Depart for Paris via fast train. Visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal where you’ll pray afterwards before the incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure. Visit the Cathedral of Notre Dame, one of the greatest Gothic churches in the world with its magnificent stained glass windows. Take an included cruise along the River Seine. Dinner and overnight.

 

Day 16 / May 15: Paris – Lisieux – Paris (BD)

After breakfast, drive to Lisieux and have a half day guided tour to visit the Holy sites of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, which includes visit to St. Therese House (the Maison Buissonet). Return to Paris, Dinner and overnight

 

Day 17 / May 16: Departure Paris (B)

See the majestic Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and Place de Concorde, one of the most admired plazas in the world. And go up to the Eiffel Tower for a scenic view of the loveliest city in the world. Rest will be free until departure transfer to Airport..

 

Day 18 / May 17: Arrival Manila

Home sweet Home!!
